WHAT IS A PARDON?

A pardon is a government decision to allow a person to be relieved of some or all of the legal consequences resulting from a criminal conviction. A pardon may be granted before or after conviction for the crime, depending on the laws of the jurisdiction. In most cases there are two kind of request. The two most common forms are pardons, which forgive past crimes and restore civil rights, and commutations, which completely or partially reduce sentences for those in prison or on community supervision.

WHAT IS THE COST FOR A PARDON?

The cost for an pardon request are free of charge directly to any State or Federal Justice system. Some attorneys or group may charge a nominal fee or more for their services. National Ecclesiastical Paralegal Services do not charge any fee for seeking the pardon. We do request a non-refundable fee for membership and processing the request, which up to three request (e.g. two State and one federal, three federal or three State, etc..). HOW LONG IT TAKE ?

No one can answer that question. Generally, most State Governors or the President will grant some near the end of their term. However, any one of them can grant at any time.
