NATIONAL ECCLESIASTICAL PARALEGAL SERVICES (NEPS) is a national support service to the ecclesiastical order. Founded on March 2,1992 (later incorporated) and developed to be the core support for our national religious orders, their members, vendors and/or integrated auxiliaries. The the general purposes are investigation & paralegal services to the ecclesiastical order and those in connection thereof. With the range of ecclesiastical services to the local ministry and their operations. These services includes, but not limited to, ecclesiastical investigations of religious matters (or in connections thereof), serve as the local religious order and small business legal department, appointment of Ecclesiastical Judges to the local church courts, referral for civil/criminal matter (for Pro Se members only), in connection their prison ministry. The baseline services includes, ecclesiastical investigation and/or security services, ecclesiastical corporate formation (membership only). We have only two requirements for our services; (a) your membership, and (b) a problem within our ecclesiastical jurisdiction. All other matters will be referred to an outside agency, upon completion of our investigation. As part of the ministry, we only take 50 criminal/civil matter a year. Local religious order get free services, each Saturday of the month (by appointment only). Attorneys (appointed) to any case, get free, two hours of services, for any matters. NEPS is a direct sectarian program for the underserved communities and their members. Each case has an assessment fee attached. Which will be based upon the number of hours needed or service requested. We do not provide any legal advise nor represent anyone clients, in any court of law. All services researched are completed by students within our paralegal program of studies, for OJT support.
